Eight o'clock news on first French TV channel announces the conversion of a foundry into worker cooperative

On the 8 PM news tonight, the French channel 1 (TF1) mentioned the decision by commerce tribunal in the city of Alençon to let the employees of PAMCO foundry to buy-out their enterprise and transform it into a worker cooperative.

PAMCO had been under judiciary administration over the last 15 months and restarts with 196 employees out of 270. A longer televised report on French enterprise buy-outs was broadcast today on the regional programme of French channel 3. It is available on the following link (only in French):
