A sector organisation of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) since 1947, CICOPA is the International organisation of industrial and service cooperatives. CICOPA gathers 51 members from 34 countries including organisations promoting cooperatives and national representative organisations affiliating around 65,000 industrial and service cooperatives providing an estimated 4 million jobs across the world. CICOPA has three regional organisations: CECOP, CICOPA Asia-Pacific, and CICOPA Americas. CICOPA Americas has two sub-regional organisations: CICOPA North America and CICOPA Mercosur.
